Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for any service rendered at NeXgen Therapies. By making a full payment for an appointment at the time of scheduling, you understand that you must attend the appointment, or you will forfeit the payment. As a convenience, NeXgen Therapies offers automatic billing. Before making an appointment, be certain that the appointment requested is the appointment you need. NeXgen Therapies cannot be held responsible for providing a service that was not required. It is not recommended that anyone make a payment for another individual; however, if it does happen, the credit card holder is responsible for the payment, even if the client does not attend their appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must provide NeXgen Therapies with 24 hours notice, or you will forfeit your payment. Additionally, appointments may only be rescheduled one time per payment made. This means you can reschedule with 24 hours notice but cannot reschedule a second time, even with 24 hours notice. If you wish to cancel the appointment, you will not receive a refund, even though services were not provided.

Attendance Policy

Appointments at NeXgen Therapies are conducted online and must start on time to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid delays for others. For this reason, you are required to log in 5 minutes before the class starts. NeXgen Therapies enforces a 5-minute grace period, but if you join more than 5 minutes late, you will be counted as absent and will forfeit your payment. Please log in early to avoid any chance of losing your payment.

Privacy Policy

NeXgen Therapies holds that the client’s privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. For that reason, the appointment you made is confidential, and we will never give out any of your contact information to anyone. We will not speak about you to anyone who does not have your express written consent. Privacy policies exist to provide you with the peace of mind to know that we will take the utmost care in our interactions with you as a client.
