You will likely be required to take part in a Parenting Evaluation if you are involved in a Parenting Plan dispute and are an essential part of any court proceeding concerning children. The judge will not meet with your child, except in rare cases. He will also not visit your home and will never talk in-depth to you.
Parents who are unable to agree on where their child will live often don’t agree on other matters. To help you determine the family’s situation, the judge will need to hear from an impartial third party.
